When I decided to sell my house in Durham, I thought this would be a daunting task. This is the 1st home I have ever purchased and the 1st home I have ever sold. Cory was amazing. Attentive, great communication, and above all patient with my questions. He had a stager come to my house and go room by room with suggestions. Suggestions that I complied with and really paid off with well above asking price offers. He marketed the home perfectly, and offered sound strategy advice. The home was sold in about 72 hours, and he was able to get 50 people to the open house. During the closing, he was in constant contact, and was two steps ahead of any issues that could have possibly come up (none did). Just like when people say "My Doctor, my dentist, my accountant," I can say "my realtor." There is no one I would consider using other than Cory.
